What Happens Next
Acknowledgment – We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days.
Review – Your complaint will be reviewed by a senior member of the firm not directly involved in the matter.
Response – We aim to provide a written response within 10 business days. If more time is needed, we will inform you of the expected timeframe.
Further Steps
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request an internal appeal or escalation to one of our partners. We will make every effort to resolve the matter amicably and professionally.
